Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

As a crowdfunding platform, donations made on AarogyaDhan are generally considered non-refundable. When you make a donation, the funds are collected and subsequently transferred to the campaign creator for their medical needs.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted only under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Technical Error: If a duplicate or erroneous transaction occurs due to a technical glitch on our platform.
• Fraudulent Campaign: If a campaign is proven to be fraudulent before the funds have been disbursed to the campaigner.
• Campaign Cancellation: If a campaign is cancelled by the creator or the platform before any funds are utilized.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund for an eligible reason, you must contact our support team at help@aarogyadhan.com within 7 days of the transaction. Please provide your transaction ID, donation amount, and the reason for the refund request.

If approved, refunds will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days, subject to processing times of banks and payment gateways.

4. Exclusions

Once funds have been transferred to the campaign creator or the hospital, we are unable to process any refunds. In such cases, donors must contact the campaign creator directly.
